From the charging port to the proximity sensor — this is what happens to every phone before it reaches our shelves.
Every device that enters our store goes through the same inspection, whether it is a two-month-old flagship or a five-year-old budget phone.
Hardware
- Display: touch response in every corner, dead pixels, brightness
- Cameras: focus, stabilisation, flash, every lens
- Audio: earpiece, loudspeakers, all microphones
- Sensors: proximity, gyroscope, compass, fingerprint and face unlock
- Connectivity: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, SIM and eSIM
Software
We check that the phone is not reported lost or stolen, that it is free of any account locks, and we perform a full factory reset before sale.
Grading
Finally, we grade the cosmetic condition — Like new, Excellent, Good or Fair — so the photos and the description always match what you receive.
